• Exterior ifo (including pool, landscaping, driveway and access, parking, view, lighting, breezes, etc)
• Agent info (including ease of communication, assistance with villa selection, knowledge of villas, accuracy of contracts and billing, speed of addressing problems or concerns with villa, assistance from agent with greeting at airport or ferry dock, tour of villa and appliance use instructions, etc)
